Terms of use
Effective October 2026. By playing Pinnagoat you agree to these terms. Pinnagoat is run by Summit Games, a game studio run by Peter Broas, an individual based in Texas, United States. Contact: hello@pinnagoat.com.
Playing fair
- One daily climb per person. Do not use bots, scripts, multiple devices or anything else to get extra tries or look up answers automatically.
- Do not interfere with the site, the leaderboards or other players.
- We may remove results, nicknames or groups that break these rules, and block access if needed.
Nicknames and groups
Nicknames and group names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone, or include personal information. We filter and may remove names at any time.
Questions and content
We check every fact against a cited source, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, email us. We may correct questions, and results for a corrected question may change. The game, its art, music, questions and code belong to Pinnagoat. You may share your results and screenshots.
The Trail Pass
- The Trail Pass is a one time purchase of a personal, non transferable license that unlocks every past climb, all Themed Peaks, unlimited Free Climb, and removes ads.
- Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Because the pass unlocks digital content right away, purchases are final except where the law gives you a right to a refund or as described in our refund policy.
- We may add new features to the pass. If we ever shut Pinnagoat down, we will give notice on the site.
Availability
We work to keep Pinnagoat running every day but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
Pinnagoat is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
